Why did my Firestarter KDA AI video fail?

A failed job does not always mean the photo was bad. The upload can be rejected before rendering, the model provider can fail, or the returned file can fail processing. Final failed generations return their 20 credits automatically.
The photo was not accepted
Use JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB. Show one permitted adult from head to toe. Images that are unsupported, unsafe, ambiguous in age or prohibited by the content rules may be rejected before a model request is sent.
The provider or queue failed
External model requests can time out, be rate-limited or end without a usable output. The service records a safe error state and returns the attempt credits when the failure is final.
The output could not be prepared
A model result still has to be downloaded and validated. If the file is missing, too large or cannot be combined with the soundtrack and silent variant, the job fails instead of offering an incomplete download.
What to try next
Check that the credit refund appears, then use a clearer full-body photo if the error concerns the input. For repeated failures, contact support with the video ID and error reference. Do not email the original photo unless support specifically asks for it.
