Terms of Service

Using the service

FirestarterKDA lets you create short AI videos from a photo using Kling 3.0 Motion Control (Standard) through fal.ai. We provide the website and workflow; we do not develop the underlying video model or claim endorsement by its provider. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors, celebrities or public figures, and do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use and prohibited content

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute any of the following through this service:

1. Pornography / NSFW: nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic material, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of a person without their consent.

2. Violence / gore: violent, graphic or gory content, threats, or material encouraging harm, abuse or self-harm.

3. Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes or incites hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability.

4. Child-unsafe content / CSAM: any child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, or other content that endangers children. Images depicting anyone under 18 are not allowed, including synthetic depictions.

5. Deepfakes / impersonation: face or identity swaps, fabricated intimate scenes involving real people, false endorsements, or media that misrepresents someone’s identity or presents fabricated words or actions as genuine. Do not use the service to impersonate or deceive anyone.

6. Copyright / trademark infringement: photos, music, logos, characters or other material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights. You must hold the rights required for every upload and intended use.

These rules apply to both inputs and generated outputs. Permission to use a photo does not waive these prohibitions.

Content moderation

We screen uploaded images with OpenAI’s omni-moderation-latest for supported image categories and enable the Kling provider’s safety checker on generation requests. Automated checks have limits: they do not reliably establish age, consent, identity, copyright ownership or every prohibited category. User reports and manual review supplement these checks. We may reject an upload or generation, remove violating content and close accounts for serious or repeated violations.

Generated videos

You are responsible for having the rights needed for your photos, music and intended use of the generated video. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage of an event.

Reports and removal

Anyone can use “Report content” in the footer or email support@firestarterkda.com, including a video ID or link and the reason for the report. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed without a refund of used credits.

Credits and payments

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits have no cash value, and credits from packs do not expire while the service is operating. Payments are processed by our payment partner, whose terms also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
