What we collect

When you sign in we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. When you create a video we store the photo you upload and the video we generate. Payment details are handled by our payment partner; FirestarterKDA never sees your card number.

How we use it

Your photo is used only to render the video you request. We use your email to operate your account, send receipts and service notices (such as when your video is ready or a report you filed is resolved) and answer support requests. We do not send marketing email. We do not sell personal data or use your photos to train our own models. Video generation uses Kling 3.0 Motion Control (Standard) through fal.ai. Your uploaded image and the motion reference are provided to fal.ai and its model service to produce the requested video.

Storage and retention

Files are stored with our infrastructure provider in encrypted form. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload and generated videos are kept for 30 days after they finish, unless you delete them or your account sooner. Order and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting. When you delete your account we keep only a one-way hash of your email address, so the same email cannot claim the sign-up bonus twice.

Safety checks

Uploaded images are sent to OpenAI’s omni-moderation-latest classifier to check supported image-safety categories. Kling generation requests also enable the provider’s safety checker. These checks enforce our content rules; they do not verify age, identity or consent, and cannot detect every prohibited use. Cloudflare Turnstile protects public forms and may process your IP address and browser signals.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, theme preferences and request recovery. A selected photo draft is saved on this device during sign-in or checkout. It is cleared after a generation is accepted, when another account opens the tool, or on your next visit after 24 hours. You can also clear it through your browser’s site-data settings.

We also set a first-party cookie (vt_attr, kept for 90 days) that records how you first and most recently reached us, such as a referring website or campaign link. We use it only to see which channels lead to sign-ups and purchases, and we do not share it with advertising networks. It is only set after you accept analytics cookies in the banner, and withdrawing consent deletes it.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MQVKF0EZQ9) to report page visits, interactions, device information and approximate location. Google processes connection information, including your IP address, to provide these reports. Analytics cookies use the _ga and _ga_* names. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage under consent.analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. Rejecting is available in the same banner. You can withdraw consent under “Cookie settings” in the footer; this stops further analytics collection and deletes these cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors: Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for sign-in, fal.ai for Kling 3.0 Motion Control (Standard) video generation, OpenAI for image-safety screening, and Waffo for payments, and the analytics services described above.

Your rights

You can download or delete your videos at any time. In Settings you can export a copy of your data as JSON or delete your account. For any other privacy request, use the contact form.
