There is no guaranteed completion time. Rendering runs in an external model queue, then the service validates and prepares two download files. Queue load, retries and file processing can all change the wait.
Follow the job in My videos
After a generation is accepted, My videos shows its current state. You can leave the page and return later; refreshing does not restart the job. Keep the video ID if you need support.
Why the wait varies
Seedance processing happens asynchronously through fal.ai. A job may wait before model execution, and the returned video must then be downloaded, checked and combined with the template audio. Network or provider congestion can extend any of these stages.
Do not submit duplicates
If a job still appears as queued or processing, do not start another attempt just to make it faster. A second accepted attempt is a separate paid generation and uses another 20 credits.
If it does not finish
A generation that reaches a final failed state returns its 20 credits automatically. If the screen appears stuck or the refund is missing, contact support with the video ID instead of sharing private upload links.
